The design of the ear ring looks good but the stone is aweful and I dont know much about jewelery because I am a computer guy. But these are returned the same day that I picked them up at the store. The stones were completely cloudy and had flaws specs....

AWFUL!!!!!! These earrings were sooo cloudy. I could not believe it when I opened them. I immediately got a refund from the store where I picked these up from. I would not recommend these earrings to anyone. Even the employee at the store said she would not purchase these either. She checked all the others that they had like these and they all looked the same.

I have been looking for a 1/2 ct. diamond and these are very pretty. They will go nicely for different things. These diamonds will make a very nice gift for a granddaughter who is going off to college.

What I really like is the price . It is very reasonable. This is also my granddaughter's birthstone.

I see many people complaining about non-clear stud diamond in these, my opinion - its a good bargain for price they are. I am a bargain hunter, and for type of jwellery I buy, this will do.

I read the other reviews and their concerns are valid, however, the price is quite reasonable for real diamonds and gold. I didn't expect Cartier quality, just some pretty earrings I could wear with everything. These fit that bill perfectly. I can't wear alloy metals in my ears, so it has to be gold or silver. And since my birthstone is diamond, these are perfect for me! Great price for a great pair of earrings, just don't have your expectations unreasonably high. If you want better quality diamonds, you're going to have to pay major bucks for them. For a beautiful everyday alternative, these are perfect.

given these as a gift and I would not have worn them myself. If you are thinking about buying

these....save yourself the trouble of returning them....don't buy them in the first place.

Everyone complaining about cloudy diamonds just didn't do their research. The website specifications clearly say the color is J-M and clarity as I3. Both of these are pretty poor for jewelry diamonds, meaning that you can get more carat for a lower price, but the diamond isn't going to look as good as a diamond with better color and clarity. You get what you pay for, and honestly you don't notice much different when they are on someone's ear 3 feet away from you.

I bought these earrings for my wife on Sale. I am not a rich man but I don't mind spending an extra dollar on jewelry since they are keepsakes. I decided against my better judgement to purchase these. When they arrived I was disgusted at how CLOUDY the diamonds were. Rock Salt is the perfect example. In fact plastic may be the better word. They were absolutely the ugliest diamonds I had ever seen. These were intended to be a Christmas gift, but after showing them to my mother in law I decided I am going to take them back tomorrow. Spend the extra buck and get something REAL. These are TERRIBLE!...

The picture definitely isn't the diamonds that you will receive. Rock salt has more clarity. The on-line description doesn't tell the poor quality. I ordered them on-line, and picked them up at the store, and immediately returned them. There were two other persons returning the same purchases from on-line. Definitely doesn't make a positive image for Sears. These were NEVER $259, or if they were no one would purchase them....

my husband bought the earrings for me and i really like them of course they are small but you get what you pay for. The only thing i did not lik about the jewlery was the backs, very cheaply made....

These are the worst earrings I've ever seen. Even for the price paid I expected better. They are so cloudy the look like rock salt mounted on a silver stud. Definitely going back asap. GARBAGE!!!!...

I bought these for my wife, but i was very disappointed when the package arrived. I know they are I3, which means they will have the most inclusions visible to the naked eye, but wow these inclusions are visible from 10 feet away! I wasn't expecting much, but I did think they would still look like diamonds, they don't, they look like little white rocks mounted in white gold. I guess you have to see what you are buying when buying diamonds, online doesn't work....

I read the review of these earrings and I was almost terrified to open the box when they arrived. I was fully prepared to return them, because I knew that I was taking a risk. When I saw them I absolutely loved them. They were perfectly matched and they sparkled. They were not cloudy at all. These are comparable to just about anything else you would get in the $259 - $299 range. I loved them so much that I ordered them in gold as well! Get them while they're on sale and don't delay. You'll be happy you did....

These may be cheap, but you are better off buying some costume jewelry to wear while you save for some nice diamonds. I bought these as a gift for someone and I cried when I opened the box. They were cloudy lifeless diamond with no sparkle at all. It looks as if it is quartz. I am so unhappy with them I will be returning them in store today!...
