1/2 cttw Diamond White Gold Hoop Earrings —
the earrings were a gift from my husband after 30+ years of mrriage. I purchased the warranty agreement-- unfortunately, after about 1 year of wearing them- I lost one earring due to the omega back coming loose or undone. Sears would not or could not provide a replacement earring as they needed to see the "faulty" earring. Needless to say this was more than a little fruitless as I did not have the earring in question to show them.
