I was interested in purchasing this item but the description of this item doesn't indicate the size. I used the on-line chat to ask the size of these hoop earrings and was told to contact the store. I told the representative that this item was an on-line only item. She said go ahead and call the store for the details. i did, I called my local store and she said she had me on hold for a long time because she couldn't find the item #, came back and told me she didn't have it in stock. Hello? I already knew that and thank you for wasting my time. She also said the store doesn't have info for on-line only items. No wonder Sears is failing miserably.
