“Wouldn't buy again”

Product does not hold up in the weather, cracking, chipping looks really bad..

“Martha Stewart Mosaic Birdbath”

I purchased this in July 2007to replace my old birdbath on my front lawn. Now in January 2008, I see it is ruined. The beautiful mosaic pieces are peeling and chipping. I can't believe that being out in the cold weather would do this. I guess it's only suitable for warm weather or just to have 4-5 months.

“Solution?”

We like how this item looked, so a 3 for now because of the previous reviews are bad. We hesitated buying this item because of the reviews but came up with a possible solution. We purchased some sealer, and plan on coating this "first" prior to using. Background - When I looked at the tiles and the cementing material between them, it appears as if the water saturate and eventually breakdown the cementation material. We'll try the sealer and will update on the results.

“MOSAIC BIRDBATH”

AFTER ONLY 1/2 SEASON THE MOSAIC ALL CHIPPED OFF, AND IT DIDN'T HOLD WATER. KMART WOULD NOT TAKE IT BACK OR REFUND $$$. VERY BAD PRODUCT.

“Cracked after winter”

I agree with the previous review. Just this weekend I went out to fill it and a good part of the tile are broke. When I filled it with the water, the water soaked through where the tiles had broken and was empty within two hours. Very upset about $$$ invested for this to only last 3 months.

“cheap bird bath”

well, went to kmart today to purchase the item. brought it home and it was already broken into pieces. will not purchase another one. pretty, but also pretty cheap.
