"I had come to a point in my Career that I had moved up the ladder as far as I could without a degree. My employers know that I am smart and eager to acheive, but because companies must avoid workplace discrimination, Job postings and descriptions include educational requirements that are mandatory for certain positions. There was no getting around it, if i was going to acheive my goals and secure the position I desired, I had to earn a degree." This began my search for a college or university program that would fit into my busy lifestyle; that of a working mother and wife.
