My parents needed a new caller id phone and having two phone with an answering machine was excellent. The phone is easy to operate. I think it is good find for the price. I would recommend them to a friend.

We purchased this phone for my mother who is 86 years old & "electronically challanged" . The numbers & letters are a nice size, the answering machine is very simple & basic & sound quality was good. Her old phone was too technical for her & would cut out on her. Sometimes the more expensive phone is not always the best,as her old one was pretty pricey. She's very happy with this one & I would highly recommend this for someone who is older or if you just need the basics. It was agreat Christmas gift for her.

i have only had this phone for about 3 months if that, and it is dead, the clarity is terrible you have to keep hitting the channel button with every call your on, the answering machine went just yesterday i couldnt make out any of the messages that were left for us and it wasnt the wiring we hooked up another phone its fine. i would think twice before buying this...

This ATT cordless set had not disconnected any incoming or outgoing calls. Our last three phone names disconnected calls. This ATT is very good.
