I went to the Bluefield West Virgina Sears auto center on Saturday October 10. I had the best experience of all the times I have been there. You have a new manager and he did the best job I have ever seen. I was never going to come back because of some problems with a girl that worked there. All I can say is that you have the best manager in the business , My car was completed on time and done right the first time. Your new staff is the best staff ever.
