Amana washer —

If you're looking for a great washer at an affordable price, the Amana NFW7200TW is it!  Extra large capacity holds a queen sized bedding set in a single load.  Not to mention the water and electrical savings.  This washer cut my average loads per week down from 12-14 to about 6-8.  The spin speed on the washer extracts so much water out of the garments that the matching dryer NED 7200TW is done about 10-15 minutes BEFORE the washer is done.  That allows time to fold the dry load so the dryer is empty when the washer is done.  HIGHLY recommend this product to anyone.

If your old Whirlpool is 8 or more years old, then you have to weigh the cost of a new machine as opposed to getting the current one fixed. Even at the flat rate for labor, the parts can sometimes be very expensive. As far as the Amana goes, I've had mine since February (replacing my 10 year old Kenmore top-loader) and have not had any issues with it at all. It's a nice basic washer that has a large capacity and is still HE and Energy Star compliant.

Hey I have seen Amana on sale on Sears ads. I need to repair or replace my whirlpool that won't spin. I have been debating Blue Crew's flat labor fee, vs. getting the Amana. Thanks for the helpful review.
