American Express - Costco Credit Card Reviews

American Express's Costco Credit Card helps save me money on gas because the gas price at Costco is almost alway the lowest. Plus the Costco Credit Card gives me a percentage back on all purchases, making the price of the gas even lower. You can also use the card anywhere American Express is accepted, which increases your Costco rebate check. Remember, when using any credit card, don't buy anything you can't pay for when the bill comes. Having to pay interest on your purchases will wipe-out all of your savings and more.
I have had my Costco Amex card for about 2 years. I like that I get at least 1% back on any purchase anywhere. I pay it off every month, so the interest rate doesn't really phase me. I can get 3% back on Costco gas, or 5% back on Costco gas with the Costco business card. They are always cheaper than anywhere else too on gas.
I have a Discover Card too, but you have to have so much in purchases before they will even give you 1% back. I use my Amex anywhere I can. Most places take it. Occasionaly I will find a business that won't. In that case I pay cash or use another card.
