LockedCan't get delivery rebate online

posted on November 24, 2009 at 06:46PM Inappropriate?

I just purchased two major appliances at my local store and went online to fill out the delivery rebate.

Every time I try to select  Program# : H090766 - H090766 11/21-11/25 Free Standard Delivery and Haul Away on Home Appliances over $399 OR Finance Offer. (Not valid for Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico) Rebate paid via Prepaid MasterCard . -- I get "Page Not found."

Can anyone please help?

I think SearsCares should be able to help you with this.  You can send them a message through the site, or an email.  Here is their address:

searscares@searshc.com

Let us know how everything goes!

Have you done a rebate through mysearsrebate.com before? If not, you need to click the "First Time Visitor" button on the main rebate page, and fill in your information before trying to fill out the online rebate form. This is the most common source of user confusion.

That's the registration/ password part I was referring to, in an earlier post.

You can pay CASH in the store, and the register wants to know who you are, where you live and how to contact you (telephone and eMail).

Submissions online can be completed no earlier than 3 business days after the date of purchase.

Thanks for all your replies. I did register. It kept giving me error messages when I clicked on the specific rebate. After trying over and over again and posting here, I gave it another shot by copying the rebate number and pasting it into the "other rebates" box and then it went to the next page. It finally said that I had registered my rebate and it was pending. I hope that getting it will be easier than buying the 2 appliances at Sears (over 2 hours even though I knew exactly what I wanted and even had the Sears item numbers) and registering for the rebate (about one hour -- due to the web problems).

Thanks. But I finally was able to submit my rebate on line the same day as the purchase.

You are very welcome. Have a happy Thanksgiving! No turkey for us since the oven broke. Next Friday we'll be getting the new one.

We had a small turkey this year, courtesy of a Slow Cooker!

Granted, due to the size of the bird, it's almost completely GONE now.

But, the cooker did a real good job.

How small was the Turkey and how long did it take to slow cook? I guess it was as small as a chicken. Right?

We'll be having turkey and celebrating a belated Thanksgiving a week from this Saturday provided the new range is working. In the meantime, you can e-mail me a wing. :D

Now I cannot sign in using my user name (even after I reset the password and cleared the cookies), so I had to create a new account.
