I just had a great experience with a salesmen by the name of Roger Owens at the Town Center Sears in kitchen appliances. I felt very comfortable with him, he understood I'm a stay at home mom on an extremely tight budget and he worked with me to get me exatly what I needed at the price I could afford. My product is up and working perfectly....win win! Fantastic customer service.

My VP always says that Sears has the best sales force in the entire industry... stories like yours make me believe it!
