Was it just installed today, ExcitedANDFrustrated?  You may want to give 1-800-4-MY-HOME a call.  They can help to troubleshoot with you.

It was just instaled 3 days ago, but hasn't had a completed load so far!

Called the 800# and they said F20 code has to do with water supply which we do not have a problem!!

Our water supply is absolutely perfect!!

Just wondering if the machine itself is the problem??

if the repair is succesfull

how the product is doing  etc

Thanks!

Will do!

Well, we called in for svc call yesterday (Sat)

and the earliest they can send a tech is on Wed the 10th.

Now this is a brand new washer we just bought so hopefully

nothing major in terms of repair & parts!! in the meantime I have

to be inconvenienced by washing everything by HAND since I have a

toddler. Otherwise, the unit will be return & switched!!!

If you have very low water pressure and it takes too long to satisify the water level switch it stops to prevent a flood. If the water pressure is OK ,there may be a loose water pressure hose fron the bell chamber to the water level switch. That hose can have a hole rubbed into it after months of use and cause the same error code.
