PROS: This shed is inexpensive for the room it provides(I got it plus the floor grid on sale for $295); the shed is durable once constructed, although you'd never guess it when you open the 6'x4'x6" box it comes in and see its contents; I live in AZ, so this is perfect for keeping my tools out of the... read full review »

Overall, this is a really good product and fairly easy to assemble. Lots of little screws and bolts but no big deal. Just be careful to read directions.....and read ahead 2-3 pages. Some of the directions become much more clear two to three pages AFTER you needed them since some detail that you should have known earlier doesn't get revealed until later. I've assembled 4-5 of these over the past 3 years, for my own use as well as for friends or relatives and ALL of them have the same issues with the directions. Aside from that, it's an excellent product and serves its' purpose very well.

I bought this shed in 2006. It is an excellent alternative to the thousand dollar sheds. I installed it in 2 days, if you have good assembly technics, it will go together easily and will not leak. Must be squared and elevated above ground level (at least 3 inches). The option steel foundation with plywood and flat concrete pavers installed under the outside steel perimeter worked for me. It has resisted 70 mph winds with the optional tie-downs, but assemble only on nice, calm couple of days. The shed has held up nicely and I am going to install another one.

This has been one sturdy little shed. It has outlasted the severe windstorms and 30+ inches of snow in Jan of 2009. We have had it about 3 yrs. We anchored it to a cement slab. Yes it has a lot of screws but that's what screw guns and family members were made for. I hasn't budged. Only problem is a large limb fell and sliced a hole in the side. Other limbs have fallen and only slightly dented the top. We LOVE it!!!

I love this building. Our sears store was great I ordered it on Friday and had it on Tursday. It takes a full day to put up. There are a lot of pieces but the instructions are very plainly written and DRAWN! This will make a great chicken coop for me. We are going to purchase another one this week for lawn equipment until we get our barn built! We are on top of a hill and had some really strong storms the week after the building was put up and there was no damage to that building sitting in the open on top of a hill!!!!!

We just bought this shed a month ago to store our outside garden tools, had to wait for almost a week for delivery to the local sears, then waited for nice weather to assmeble this, ample bolts, screws, etc, the metal seems sturdy but flimsy too. MHO, for all the assembly (1 day to prepare the ground and assemble the floor kit and then another good full day to assmeble the shed) the price far exceeds all the assembly required. However- it is an attractive unit once put together. Would I go through this much work again?? No, I would buy one that was pre-assmebled and came on a roll back trailor.... read full review »

This product was a horror! This was an all day project for 2 days in a row. The instructions weren't the best or very well thought out, the wind would knock the building around during setup, it was just a difficult project all the way around. This product is made only for that person who LOVES a CHALLENGE.

My husband and I purchased our first shed ever from Sears a month ago when we ran out of space to put things in. We were very skeptical at first because my husband and I have no experience in building anything other than assembling a computer desk or table. We were very surprised that the assembly was easy, labeled, and took us less than 4 hours to put together and that is including the floor. We assumed the material was not sturdy and durable, but we were wrong. The material is very durable and able to substain high winds and water. We have had friends over for cook outs and there first question... read full review »

My wife and I purchased this same shed over nine years ago. We purchased the lumber and built a solid platform to put the shed on. The shed was pretty simple to put together. It took us one weekend to do the whole project. This shed has done double duty as a lawn and tool shed, and for household storage. It has gotten a ton of use over nine years. This thing has stood up perfectly. I figured it would have been rusted out by now but it still looks great. I am writing this review now because is I was checking the Sears website to see if this shed was still available. We want to purchase another one... read full review »

I purchased this item last year and it seems to be doing nicely. We have stored household items in it and it does great. I would recommend this building to anyone. We built the flooring for it and put it up in a couple of days. It doesn't take long and well worth the money. I do recommend not getting the bolts too tight because that will cause leakage , which we had but Sears was really helpful and worked with us. They provided us with some new hardware that stopped the leaks. If you ever have any problems Sears has really good customer service to help you out. That is something you can't... read full review »

We bought this shed in April '07. We purchased the shed to hold garden tools and my husbands work tools. I will admit that the flimsy metal panels did not impress me when I opened the box, but once they are up and the cross-bracing is in place, it is actually a pretty sturdy shed. It will ding and dent if your kids throw the ball up against it, but otherwise it is an economical alternative to a permanent structure. We are in Florida so we don't have to deal with snow, but I saw on the Arrow website there is a roof kit for snow for those who live up North. The shed went up easily, and in less than... read full review »

My husband and I purchased this shed in 2005. We liked the price but after february snow storm in 07 the entire roof collapsed!!! We shoveled all the heavy snow off immediatley but the metal roof support beams were bent. The following snow fall which was only six inches caused the weakedned structure to totally collapse with the walls caved in as well. This shed is not good for and snowfall regions and the snow kit is a ripp off. House insurance said not worth turning in because our deductable is more. Stuck buying another shed-but not an arrow or any cheap metal. Lessoned learned!!!!!
