If this is the first time you build a shed, remember, you need to pay extra bucks to build a fundation first. For me, I have a yard/gravel ground, no way to directly lay the floor frame kit and the shed on it. I bought some concrete blocks and pressure treated lumber and plywood from *********, cost me $165 after some coupons and other savings, built a pretty decent fundation. Returned the Arrow floor frame kit which was about $75.

read full review »This is a great product and it is well-engineered! It took about 10 hours to assemble. I had a helper for the first 6 hours to keep the first few panels from falling over. Having help is especially important if it is windy. I laid out nine evenly-spaced landscaping bricks for a foundation. Then, I used some spare lumber to build a 2x6 plank floor over a 2x6 subframe to serve as the base of the shed in lieu of the base available from the factory.
