“it works great as long as you remember to use it!”

It does exactly what it says it does, my only issue is remembering to use it everyday!

“Big Work Out, Little Price”

My husband and I purchased the Iron Gym about a month ago and couldn't be happier with it.  I didn't want to install anything permanetly in our door jam so this was a good solution.  Unlike others we had no problem with it fitting in our house's door jams.  We chose to put it in our master closet door jam since we could leave the door open and not have to keep putting it up and taking it down. It also encourages us to do a pull up each time we pass by it. 

Although I still can't do a full pull-up I have seen an improvement in my upper arm strenght.  It took a while to feel confident the bar...

“THE BEST WORKOUT BAR I'VE EVER BOUGHT!!”

This is the most best workout equipment i have bought so far. It helps me do multiple exercises with one piece of equipment. So I didn't need to go out and buy other things to go with it. Plus it doesn't need tools, drilling , bolts etc. But if I were you and wanted get fit and lose weight fast I would buy this Iron Upper Body Workout Bar right away!

“Great solution!”

This is a great pull-up bar! Able to use for pushups too. Only downfall is my new apartment doesn't have normal door frames, so I can no longer use.

“Great for a quick on the go workout!”

I purchased the Iron Gym Total Upper Body Workout Bar because I have always wanted a pull-up bar, but I didn't want to buy a bar I had to screw into the door frame. The Iron Gym Total Upper Body Workout Bar was exactly what I was looking for! It is very easy to attach to your door frame and it is just as easy to take it down. “This product can handle weight without damaging walls.”

This is a great procut for people who want to do pull ups. The great thing abou ****** that even though I weigh 200 pounds, this thing can still handle it without any problem. Also, the walls inside my house are old, but sturdy and this thing doesn't cause damage to the walls

“My grandson loves it.”

My seven year old grandson is very athletic. He wanted to get a pull up bar for Christmas. I was so pleased when I went to K Mart because they had the Iron Gym Workout Bar. Not only did he get a pull up bar but he got a total upper body workout bar. He can do pull ups, sit ups, push ups and dips. It is easy to assemble and it fits on any door frame or floor without any drilling or tools needed. My grandson is one happy camper and I think it will improve his athletic abily and good looks!

“It's a convenient and easy to use pull up bar.”

The Iron Gym is good for what I bought it for. I wanted a stable, but easily moved pull up bar to get some quick workouts at home. I've been using it for about a month now and I've doubled my reps for all three grips. (Don't be too impressed, that only means I can get up to 10 on each one.) As far as using this for pull-ups/chin-ups, I have no problem recommending it to anyone who weighs less than 200 pounds. I'm 165 and I can't imagine someone too much bigger than me not ripping the trim off their door. “This is a fantastic product!”

My husband saw this and wanted it so I bought it for him a couple years ago... great investment.  I love that it does not have to be permenantly installed in the doorway but still sets up in seconds each time.  My husband weighs about 170 and this is very sturdy for him.  The only problem we have had was that the little foam strip along the part that goes above the door touching the wall (to prevent marks on the wall) started to fall off but a little super glue fixed that problem and the product is still going strong.  He doesn't do the other exercises on it just pullups and chinups.  It fits...

“Good equipment for the price.”

Bought it for my son (9 year old), and he can now do 10 pullups. 

Husband (into bodybuilding-eweights 170 lbs) uses it all the time.  Fits any standard doorframe.

I use it for my situps as well.

“the iron gym equals more push ups”

ever since i got this piece of equiopment ive been doing more pushups and my chest has gotten more defined i got mine for 20 bucks im on it right now lol
