Beautiful Chandelier

I was nervous to order this online, without seeing it in the store. BUT I was very impressed and pleased! It is big and quite heavy, but it looks absolutely gorgeous in my dining room. It was easy to hang (and I'm a first-timer) and the style is time less. I thought about getting a cheaper one, but figured to get what I "really" wanted, I was willing to spend a few extra bucks for it - and I am very happy I did! When the box arrived, one of the glass shades was shattered. I called the company (not Sears - you call the actual manufacturer). At no charge and within just a few days, I had received my replacement shade - no hassle, no questions. I am thrilled to have this gorgeous piece hanging in my dining room!
