“Horrible Waste of Time and Money”

I bought one, set my code, and couldn't get it open. The lock was half in, half out. No amount of yanking, wiggling, or jiggling could get it open or closed all the way. I returned it to the store, thinking it was just an unlucky piece, and got another. I again set my code and the stupid thing won't open. Thank goodness I tested it to see whether it works properly before going somewhere and locking up my bike! This is a frustrating waste of time and money.

“don't buy”

I bought one of these for a very expensive bike and set the code and put it on the bike. When I went to use it it was broken. Locked onto my bike and the code would not open it. When we did get it off the whole thing was broken (the locking numbers) I am very disappointed.
