Big Fish Games is great to be a member of, for computer games.
If a gmes does not work after you pay for it, they promptly, and happily replace it for you.
If you lose your games, they always keep your file to replce what you had purchased.
You can also order the game on disc to be mailed to you for a small extra charge each time you buy a game.
Customer service is great, you can't lose with Big Fish!
