You are correct. The wheel size of the Cadillac bicycles are a standard 26". However, the frame size varies. Finding the correct frame size is crucial when selecting a road bike. Due to the extended miles and length of time, you want a frame size that properly fits. The measurements listed refer to the size of the seat tube. They are measuring the distance from the center of the crank to the top of the seat post. This is a common measurement found on road bikes.
