I really like this carpet cleaner. It is much lighter than the expensive models and it does a great job. It gets into tighter spots better too.

When we purchased a motorhome, I needed to find a carpet cleaner that was small, lightweight, and powerful enough to clean dust and exhaust fume debris from the carpet. The research took me months. When I bought Bissell's QuickSteamer, I was completely amazed by the cleaning ability of this small carpet shampooer. It's water reservior is small, but perfect of our use. I can shampoo the entire motorhome with left over cleaner in the reservior. The suction was another surprise, it's strong enough so the carpet takes about 30 minutes to dry completely. This is my third Bissell shampooer. I have the ProHeat x2 Pet, so I felt confident in their products. The ProHeat is the best shampooer I have ever purchased for my needs. The same goes for QuickSteamer.

I am very pleased with my new little Bissell cleaner. It does a great job of spot cleaning small areas and is lightweight and easy to handle. It is easy to clean also after use. It is not for large rooms because it has such a small tank for the cleaning solution and also a rather small "dirty" water tank too. You would get mighty tired of refilling the reservoir as many times as would be needed for a large area. The suction is good. You won't believe how much dirt it will get out. It gets up spills with ease. All in all a great tool for cleaning up spills and keeping your small carpets/rugs spot free. I also love the sample bottle of cleaner that comes with it. What a nice smell!

The cleaner was recommended by a friend, I have a second home in Florida. The carpet was dirty from the kids down their for spring break, Cleaned the traffic pattern area of the condo within an hour. Dried within a couple hours. Cleaned carpet great! Did not realize how dirty it was until I emptied the water chamber. Did so well I am going to get one for my home!

I bought this item last month and have used it twice so far.
It cleaned my carpet pretty well.No more hair and dirt left.
Some really stubborn stains didn't come out, but it did help remove most of them.
You can actually see the dirt come out when you empty the dirty water tank.
I also really like the color and how easy it was to use.
I was amazed by its light weight. I was able to easily maneuver it around my apartment.

good for not very dirty carpets!

I purchased this vaccum hoping I would love it. The 1st day I used it I wasn't 100% satisfied but decided to give it another try (for my bedroom)...well 4 days later I started to use the vaccum in my bedroom and I almost threw up!!! There was suddenly a horrible smell of rotten eggs!!! I could not believe that this vaccum let our an order SOOO BAD!!! I stopped vaccuming b/c I almost threw up and I am returning it tomorrow. In addition to the horrible smell I was not happy that the vaccum does not clean the edges or corners of the carpet AND you can't vaccum under beds....Bottom line, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY IF YOU'RE LOOKING TO CLEAN YOUR CARPET & HOME!!!

As a college student living on campus, I was looking for something that would be easy to store, lightweight, and still clean pretty deeply. Since I have limited space, and having come from my parents' house where they had a hoover dual V, I knew I needed something small and compact. After my cleaner arrived at school, I was eager to try it out. While it does, overall, seem to pick up most of the dirt and grime from the floor, it really wasn't as powerful as I wanted it to be. On top of that, the dirty water tank can be a pain to empty (I finally just started emptying it in my shower so I could fill it repeated with hot water to try to get all the dirt out.) So, it's an ok machine, pretty good for a college dorm because of size, but I still recommend the Hoover Dual V if possible.

I really like the the carpet cleaner!! It cleans the carpet very good, it's not big and bulky it's very handy and convenient. I bought it when Sears had it on sale...i'm glad I did! Excellent product for a good price, it was money well spent.

Loved this little machine. It is light and works great....it does do the spitting of soapy water at the end...however, it is great for the price and the size. I like the fact that I can keep going over the spot without depressing the handle...and it gets most of the water up...so it doesn't take long for the carpets to dry. I decided to buy this for the price instead of renting for $50-$60...since I can keep it and use it whenever needed. I liked it so much...I bought one for my daughter in Philly. She has a dinky apt and a dog...the only carpet she has is in the bedroom, so it worked great for her too. Both very very pleased. Even if it does break after a year...it is still worth it for the price and size. My mother's hoover steamcleaner is big and bulky and has gone through 2 hoses at a cost of $45 each.

Works great as a spot or spill cleaner. I just hand spray spot cleaner on spill and vacuum with warm water. Faster than 2 step process....

This cleaner isn't bad for the price. It worked very well when I first got it, but after a few cleanings it stopped sucking the water up because the seal broke so I had to tape it together. Then after almost exactly 1 year, while cleaning the carpets, smoke started coming out of it and it quit working. I am in the process of looking for another cleaner and will obviously not go with this one again....

When I first saw it after assembly, I was somewhat dismayed thinking that something this small couldn't possibly do a good enough job. Holy cow was I wrong- I just finished my whole living room and hallway and can't believe my eyes! This thing really works! I will not part with this one.

This is a good deal for what you get. Cleans very well. The belt mechanism seems to rattle too much but it doesn't seem to hurt it's performance. Great to have to clean high traffic areas....

I love this little machine. It is light and easy to move and handle and yet does the job very well. It is not meant to do huge rooms but it does regular size rooms well. Cleaning it was easy and I would recommend this little cleaner to anyone....

This product is overall easy to assemble, easy to use and does the job its advertised to. I would have rated it 5 stars had it come with the bare floor attachment cleaner. And last this product has no attachment assesories for furniture cleaning such as for cleaning ones couch. Overall great product especially for the price....

I purchased this 2 days before xmas. I could not afford a large machine but desperately needed a carpet cleaner. I was skeptical because I had heard the small ones usually aren't very good. I read the reviews and decided to chance it. This machine woorked great. I used in on my boys room which is large and had several set in stains that they had hidden. I pre treated the stains and went over them a couple of times and I was very pleasently suprised. Not only did it remove most of the stains it didn't take long to complete the room. It is so lightwight and easy to handle. Because of the reviews i'd read I was careful removing the collection container and had no spills. I did have to refill several times but it was easier than refilling larger machines that I've rented in the past. If you need a shampooer and can't afford a large one, try this one. Also great if you have issues w/ your grip or the weight of the machine....

My husband is the main user, but I will be able to use it without assistance. My huband says that it is the easiest and best carpet cleaner we have ever owned. It is especially nice for we older people who live in Condo's . He also said it would work just as well in a home. Might take a little longer to get done, but with none of the tiredness after using a big cleaner....
