Trigger fell apart and I have no Idea where to get it serviced or buy parts.
When it was working it was great - Now it just collects dust on a shelf !
Can't say I am very fond of Black and Decker products at this time.

We have this drill and two batteries, with a double charger for charging both at once. We LOVE this tool, best we've ever had. It's got a keyless chuck, which is awesome! It's gotten many difficult jobs done, the first time. However, both batteries seem not to have as much get-up-and-go as they used to, even when drained and fully re-charged. It's been only two years and we're gonna need to replace them next time we've got a bigger job. The price of two batteries is more than just buying another kit that includes the drill! read full review »Bought the Black & Decker 18v drill 3 years ago and have used it for everything! The drill is very durable, but if it has one fault, it is the batteries. Don't hold a charge as long as I would like.
This was given as a gift and I have been pleasantly surprised at how well it works, it is not a mystery that B&D isnt a brand known for great power tools but this drill has done the job for me on several occasions.
May or may not be a drill I would use on a job site day in and day out but for around the home and occasional use it has worked admirably.
After not using it for the winter I was pleasntly surprised that it still had power... not so sure on how good it is to leave the battery in place without use - as I remember many products suggesting to take the battery out when not in use for long...
