For toast, buy a toaster. For reheating leftover or frozen pizza, buy a B&D toaster oven. Works better than a microwave for crisping and is obviously more efficient than a conventional oven. Use tinfoil on the little broiler pan to keep it clean.

I did buy this toaster oven when it was on sale and was glad I did. It is very convenient and heats up things faster than the oven and doesn't heat up the whole house. Very simple to use also.
I swear by black and decker which has existed for years and actually grows with you- I describe this toaster has a savior where you can cook practically anything- Size is perfect for a small kitchen- Does not burn but toasts to the crisp. Would recommend it to anyone.
I bought this toaster to replace an older model of B&D toaster oven. The toaster switch is a dial that you set for a certain number of minutes for light, medium or dark toast. It seems to take forever to make light toast, but the real danger is the timer often sticks just before shutting off and the toast burns. I got sidetracked making breakfast and when I turned to get the toast my whole toaster was in flames. I immediately pulled the plug and tried to open the door to remove the burning bread but the flames went POOF and ignited even more. I had to use a fire extinguisher to...
read full review »I use the Black & Decker Classic Toast-R-Oven for all my small baking and toasting needs. It is great to heat up a quick snack or make a lunch for one (pot pies, small pizza) and still get the big oven taste and texture not found in microwaving these products. It heats up quickly and stays at the desired temperature during baking. It is great for toasting bread, bagels and english muffins for breakfast.
It is probably the single small kitchen appliance that I couldn't live without!!!!
Black and Decker is the greatest of simple toaster-ovens. I've used this one and another of theirs for over 20 18 years! They're great!
I have been married 37 years and have never owned a toast-R-Oven until last year. I truly love it. My children are grown, so it is only my husband and I and I have discovered many ways to use the toaster oven, from making a grilled cheese sandwich to grilling a steak, to warming pizza. It is wonderfully convient. I would recommend it to everyone.
Black & Decker Classic Toaster oven is simple and very easy to use. No problems so far. Oven does get very hot, so you have to be very careful about where you place it.
