I bought this unit as a replacement for an older Sears model whose battery finally wore out, (was VERY happy with the old one). The Black and Decker shears don't cut grass well at all. “I am going to try this product !!”

I had the opportunity to read some reviews and I will take the chance and buy It !!! It appears that there are more pros vs. cons... “Very satisfied”

Product is working great. It's handy to have the hedge trimmer attachment for small jobs. The manual says you can leave it plugged-in all the time without battery degradation, which is great if it's true. Too soon to know.

“DO NOT BUY”

This product is junk. It does not cut the grass. It tears and rips the grass. Never attempted to use shrubber. Used shears once and returned to store.

“1 star”

These are the worst grass sheers I have ever purchased. They do nothing but tear the grass. Terrible!

“B&D 7.2 volt cordless shears”

These do not even cut the grass!! They just "chew" and flatten it. On closer inspection, the blades are about 1mm apart, which no doubt is part of the problem. A total disappointment.

“Great shears”

After reading the reviews, I purchased these shears. They are the best shears I have ever bought! The battery life is unbeleviable.
