I've owned this steamer for over 2 yrs. It is still performing optimally. Steams rice as well as meats and vegetables. Uses it about once weekly. Would have given it five stars but due to the numbers fading on the timer I could only give it a four star rating.
This product is great. steams food to perfection. I've even bought one for a friend who is trying to lose weight. Less cooking time and vegies taste better when steamed. my only dislike was it didn't have a guide to steaming foods. for a first time user it would have been helpful. Over all love my steamer. I use it just about every day.
1. Dual baskets great for separating slower cooking veggies from the faster ones.
2. Easy to clean.
3. Easy to use.
4. Highly recommend it. I have had mine for 3 yrs and just bought another one for my daughter and her family.
This is an excellent steamer. Just set it and go. It can't get any easier to use. Absolutely love it.
