Be prepared make the necessary adjustments to keep chain at correct tension. I used it to cut down two small trees and about five hedges without any unexpected issues. Just remember that it is just a small chainsaw, and it operates the same way. I am pleased....
I never knew trimming a tree could be so easy even a girl can do it...Loppers made me a happy girl, easy, quick and comfortable to use. I have use a chainsawsi in the past which became heavy and very cumbersome to use. I trimmed 2 trees in a weekend, I hope to give one of these to a friend for Christmas, they sell out fast.
I am not one to use a chain saw - they have always concerned me with safety issues, upkeep, etc. I purchased the "lopper" and it is EXCELLENT! It is easy to handle, safe and makes trimming and clean up of large branches a whiz! This is one piece of equipment that was well worth the price! I gave it a 4 on durability only due to the fact that I have only had it a couple of weeks.
This light-weight chain saw / lopper is a heavy-weight when it comes to pruning or clearing brush. Easily taking on 6" branches, this tool has let me retire several saws, loppers and trimmers. The shielded chain saw makes this safe to use, and the automatic chain-tensioning let you worry about what you want to take on next, instead of dealing with typical chain saw issues.
I had a lot of fallen branches and limbs to deal with after a recent storm, and wasn't looking forward to using the normal bow saw and pruning shears to deal with the debris. This went through the pile like a hot knife through...

I have owned the lopper for 2 seasons. I am impressed with the simplicity of this machine. I am an amputee and find the light wieght incredible,it helps me to go for an hour or so of just trimming,and prunning. The maintanence required is far less time consuming than any chainsaw I have ever ued and the cost is minimal. Keedp up the good work. Iam a believer.
