Black & Decker Distance Measurer with Sensor, MARKSMAN —

The best feature is to be able to accurately measure by yourself. No need to have someone come hold the end of a tape. Also, no need to move furniture, etc out of the way - just aim over anything along the way on the floor - and still an accurate measurement. Also great when up on a ladder and need a measurement.
