husband got this phone for work he mostly texts but cant anymore because the ball in the middle fell off after only 6m of use.it has good fetures like gps navigation etc but now he cant access it because if you dont have the ball on the phone you really cant do much.so I think it could be made better...

I use this phone for work. Great sound clarity, no issues hearing people talk or talking to them on the phone. The track ball is handy feature and is easy to use. I use the Otter Box for a carrying case. The Otter Box is a hard plastic case covered in soft rubber that covers the whole phone with a thin clear plastic cover for the screan with molded design to cover the keyboard. This Otter Box/carring case makes the phone extremely rugged and heavy duty to handle any damage from falls or hitting it on something. I love this phone. My company bought it for me and it is great for sending e-mails, texts, and searching the web. The battery even lasts for a while I rarely have to charge my phone and I take it every where I go since I am always using it.
The Curve is small and lightweight, great colors to choose from, has every feature you might need and the graphics are large, colorful and clear. The camera on the phone takes clearer photos than my digital camera!
I've really liked my Blackberry... until recently.
It is a feature rich device with tons of capabilities.
It has some down sides though. I'm on the AT&T network so it uses EDGE for its internet connection.. SLOW.
The memory card slot is buried deep inside so a quick change of the memory card is NOT possible.
The click function of my ball has ceased working. I've only had the phone for 7 months and this is very inconvenient. You can get around it by using the enter key but it still takes away one of the biggest advantages the phone has.. the ball.
