This is a great magazine for anyone who enjoys cooking. It has a nice range of easy to difficult/ challenging recipes and does a great job of presenting menu suggestions and ideas. The food is beautifully presented. I especially love their "how to" section within each issue offering simple instructions with diagrams on cooking techniques (like carving a chicken). They also have a "what's in season" article each month which details what vegetables and fruits are in season, how to prepare them and a variety of recipes ranging from basic/ easy to difficult.
