It's very very quiet, can hardly tell it's on. And I like that we can adjust the height of upper rack even it's fully loaded. It also fits tons of dishes and utensils. However, dishes came out very wet especially plastic wares. Manual suggests to use rinsing agent but we hesitate as we don't want to...

I have had this dishwasher for about a month now . It is very quiet, I can even watch TV while it is running. I like the styling of it, it goes well with my other stainless appliances (GE Profile refrigerator and Jenn Air range). It gets the dishes very clean and even though it doesn't have a "dry" mode, the "condense dry" works very well. I always used "air dry" on my last dishwasher anyway, and this seems to get the dishes dryer than that did. I had Sears install it and the installer did an excellent job. I had previously had a Kitchenaid and Maytag top of the line. After having lived in the UK for several years I am familiar with Bosch washing machines but not dishwashers. My Niece bought one and recommended I get one. It is so quiet that I have to see the red light to know it is on! Like all European dishwashers it helps to crack open the door when drying but it saves energy and the environment.
Dishes come out clean and without spots.
Installation was simple after purchasing a dishwasher install kit from the local home center. Runs extremely quiet and removed what I thought were permanent stains from utility knives. I always turned off the dry setting on my prior dishwasher so was very used to the water residue on plastics or footed dishes. Rather than waiting to fill the washer prior to a run (or purchasing a drawer style dishwasher) I use the half load option often as we run out of cups and flatware quickly. We had this dishwasher installed 3 weeks ago. We couldn't believe that it was noisier than our 10-year old Maytag. We contacted Sears and they sent out a service man who said that although he couldn't find anything wrong with it, he did think it was the noisiest Bosch he had ever heard. Hmmm, to return or not return? One more load sealed the deal. It leaked all over our new hardwood floors! We had our new Bosch dishwasher delivered this morning. It is a different model so we will keep our fingers crossed.

We just replaced our 14 year old Maytag with with unit and we love it. The only way to tell that it's running is by the cool red light that shines on the floor. It does an outstanding job of cleaning also. I'm glad we spent the money on this one.
We were wanting a quite dishwasher and this one is it. You cannot hear it running. It also really does clean. I didn't know the old one wasn't cleaning well until we got this one.
