I bought a Bosch microwave oven last year and the darn thing broke last week, about 16 months after purchase. I went online to search for information about my product, but there was none. Nothing. No service, no information. This was built-in and I am stuck. Never again a Bosch product. I will buy another product.
I bought this microwave feeling that a Bosch product would be a quality product. The microwave front panet quit working after 11 months of use. I bought this product in June of '07 because the cabinetmaker had to have the exact measurments. So the unit sat for 4 months before being installed and used. At over $500 for this product this is not a good buy when it only last less than a year.
The product picture is misleading. You have to buy the trim kit for an additional 220.-$. I have been waiting now for 6 month to get the correct 27 inch trim kit. First it was not available, then they send an 29 inh kit. Still waiting, can not use the M/V. What a hassel.
