Better than expected

Bowflex Bowflex PR 1000 —

My career pushed my weight gain, fueled by constant travel. For as many benefits the great state of Maine has, a nearby gym in a rural state is not one of them. I did a lot of research on home gym products. I decided on a Bowflex based on reviews. Assembly was easier than most raters exaggerated it to be. Product packaging was truly a modern marvel but broke down quickly. Components were labeled well and I could tell folks likely have the most trouble with bolt lengths. Use the instructions and you'll be fine. It took about an hour and a half to fully assemble. Price was best at Sears. Not only reduced compared to Amazon, but also on sale when I ordered. I opted for pickup as Sears will ship to the closest store location to you. About 5 business days later, the stock employee loaded the Bowflex into the bed of a compact truck. Avoid a car, but the system should fit in any SUV or truck. The fitness instructions are nice. I'm a computer wiz so I made a workout routine using MS Excel. Adjustments to the machine and changing from different workouts are a snap. The machine is built pretty user friendly. Quality is above average. At this time I have zero quality complaints and don't anticipate any. Fold feature is a plus. Be consistent and use tolerable weight settings to start and you will see results. It does become addicting and better, in my opinion, then making a drive to a gym. Advice: a good buy. Make sure you have space for the machine. If you're going to put it in the garage, you probably won't use it. Not the kind of thing you want to keep in the bedroom either while you spouse is sleeping. Best of luck...hope this helps...
