“Design flaw”

The product may be good or bad, I couldn't screw it onto my faucet with the parts supplied to actually see it work. The washers won't flatten enough to screw onto the faucet. Worked on it for over an hour before deciding it wasn't going to work. Returned the item the next day. Obviously I am not the only one to have this problem based on the instructions supplied. Good luck with your installation, you'll need it!!

“Good Filter”

Excellent filter. The difference in the taste of the water after using the Brita was a real eye opener. Looks like I'll have to get replacement filters.

“had a hard time getting this to go on faucet”

I thought this would be easier than the pitcher. No more refiling the pitcher. The price was a bit much and the refills cost about the same. I didn't like how it didn't say on package how many days the filter would last. But I still bought it. I got it home and had a heck of time attaching it to the faucet. After 20 mins of twisting and untwisting I finally got it on and the water still leaks out the top. (this is with the adapter) Then I realized that it finally fit because the little net filter had fallen out. Too much fuss. The water does taste better so I guess it was worth it.

“great product”

There is a huge difference in the water when you use the Brita. It removes the smells and improves the quality and taste in the water. I would recommend this to anyone. Excellant product!!!!
