“BAD Customer Relation & Service from Franchise Owner in Ogden”
Budget Rental Car —
The owner of the Budget Car Rental Agency at Ogden, Utah Airport changed their written contract and charged us a $1.00 a mile for our rental from the Ogden Airport to the Spokane, Washington Airport, which was over 750 miles. We are having to Appeal to the Corporate Budget Rental Office and they have yet to do anything to modify the Bad Relations created by this Franchise Owner and his offices in Ogden, Utah and at the Boise, Idaho Airport Office.Budget Rental Car
