“great product, poor packaging”

Burnes of Boston White 36 Inch Decorative Ledge — 

I am really happy with this product. The mounting system that comes with it is really handy - I don't know why other products don't have this! It comes with a separate mounting device with a level that the shelf slides over. It makes it easy to mount the shelf perfectly without worrying about it not being straight. It also includes heavy-duty screws to use if you plan on putting something >10 lbs on the shelf. The shelf is well made, and I like the clean, off-white color. My only complaint is the packaging - it was shipped in a box that was too big for the product, and had inadequate packing. A corner of the shelf had some paint scratched off, which I was able to touch up with a paint pen. It would probably be best to pick this item up in the store. Other than that inconvenience, I'm happy with this product.
