the negative reviews are puzzling. first of all, it lasts a long time once applied. i wear it all day, every day, around the clock. even when i sleep. it stays on all night and i only need to re apply after eating or brushing teeth.
criticism that it "doesn't absorb" is ridiculous. it moisturizes perfectly...

read full review »I remember when I was a kid I used to be afraid to apply anything from Burt's Bees - as it's minty and sort of stings. I can see how as a child I would have seen it that way - but now I loove it!!! I feel like when I'm putting it on I'm not only pampering myself, but I am helping the environment, as well! I try to buy things mostly organic if possible, and I like how Burt's Bees is available lots of places, and is definitely affordable!I heard they are also coming out with a toothpaste, so I'll need to look into that!
i cant leave my house without this Burt's Bees Beeswax Lip Balm. especially now that the weather is starting to get chilly. i love this so much <3 it is way better than any other brand of chapstick or lip balm. there are many great products from burtsbeez and the price from sears is great!
I think this product is not for everyone especially if you don't like anything to strong on your lips. I would only use it if I had no choice. I would rather use other products that's more conducive to my sensitive lips.
I really love Burt's Bee's lip balms. The first time I used it, it gave my lips a tingling sensation and I could tell that it was really working on my lips. I noticed a difference in their appearance in a matter of days. It's easy to apply and doesn't look overly glossy. It gives your face a natural look while moisturizing your lips. It has a unique smell to it which reminds me of a minty scent.
I am in love with Burt's Bee's Beeswax Lip Balm. It has a nice peppermint flavor that smells so fresh and it makes my lips tingle. It moisturizes my lips and doesn't make my lips too shiny. It's great to stick in your purse and just apply when you are on the go. This product would be perfect if it included some SPF which was it this product's only downfall. The product lasts for quite a while so its worth the price.
Burt's Bees Beeswax Lip Balm is the best product to keep your lips smooth. i use it everyday to insure soft lips.
With natural ingredients, you can feel good about what you're putting on!
It was also not tested on animals, so it is a great working and cruelty-free product!
Burt's Bees Beeswax Lip Balm is bought by the dozen at our house. We all us it as lip balm and so much more. Some of the ways we use it......our daughter that runs track has a tube that she uses as foot salve so she will not get blisters on her feet....we put it on chapped skin as protection....I have applied some t my elbows to soften them when I forgot to put lotion on that morning.....and so much more. We all use it - it's natural - has a pleasant scent and is manufactured by a company located right here in North Carolina!!!!
This is great to carry in your purse, or pocket. I use it many times a day, and it keeps my lips from getting too chapped.
The lip balm made my lips have wonderful feeling. It made then smooth and soft.
I love this lip chap. It does feel a bit medicated. However, it keeps my lips moisturized in the winter when they are more prone to drying and cracking

This is THE best mainstream lip balm on the market. Not too waxy. Not too oily. It lasts a long time and prevents your lips from drying out.
