This product looked really great and had all the specifications that I was looking for. The price wasn't that bad either. I must say that I was very disappointed with the product; after a few uses the non-stick material began coming off. The food began sticking and the product was not cooking right....

i think this appliance is so good design but is better because is easier to wash after cook.
This cookware was expensive dissuading people from buying it but It was worth it after I bought it and began to use it!! it is strong, durable, easy to clean, food doesn't stick to the sides or the bottom and I love this product.
It cooks evenly and is quite easy to clean. Although it says it is dishwasher safe I only put the covers in the dishwasher as I do not want the finish to dull. Overall I am very pleased with the product.
I have to tell you, I always worried about the price of Calphalon, but it's worth every penny. I'm a single mom of three, so spending this much money on cookware was an investment to say the least, but it was money well spent. I cook every day, including weekends and I have to say, this is the best cookware I have ever owned. Level heating in the pots and pans, easy clean-up and durable. I have now become a loyal Calphalon owner for life.
I love to use this set to cook. It is now the only set I have in my kitchen. It heats the food evenly and with the clear lids you can see the food cooking without taking it off. They are also really easy to clean, (being nonstick and all), the food wipes right out. This set is a little more expensive but it is durable and will last a lifetime if taken care off.
I do not have a complete set of Calphalon, but would love to. It is simply the best cookware I have ever experienced. Have been able to pick up a piece here and there and have found it to be one of the best investments EVER for my kitchen. Food does not stick, yet there is no problem with chipping off like Teflon. Pans heat evenly. Love the weight, and the charcoal color is very attractive. Looks great hanging up if you have a cookware rack. read full review »This is not a cheap set of cookware.. I have bought too many cheap ones to find out they rust.. don't hold up under high heat ect.. this set if made great! You get what you pay for sometimes its worth the extra money to but this set >> I know :)
Received these as a wedding gift 5 years ago and have never looked back. They withstood the "early years" of burned rice and grilled cheese and have stayed true as my culinary expertise expands. Easy clean up (though hand wash) with a rare scrub (when I get distracted and burn things as I still do sometimes!).
You may need to hand wash this item, but the effort is worth it. The non-stick value of this set is priceless! You need non-stick whenever you are cooking with food that tends to stick on things a lot!
The Calphalon One Non-stick soup/stock pot is the best one I've ever found. The design is great because it can handle a BUNCH of potatoes at one time, and the glass lid allows you to see when something is either going dry or getting ready to bubble over. This happens to me a lot, since I'm not a very good cook, and Calphalon makes me look better at it than I really am.

The Calphalon pots and pans are the best I have ever cooked with. Nothing sticks in them. I like the clear lid for viewing when you're waiting for something to boil.
The Calphalon Nonstick set is durable, easy to clean and cooks the food evenly. It is worth the money as it will last a long time and it has a good warranty.
It sticks and what's the point in spending that much on a pan if I'm just going to throw it our!
