The manual that accompanies the camera while showing you the basics of the unit does a poor job of telling you what can be done. This book is an essential first step to understanding how to use the advanced features (creative zones) of the 300D. I'd recommend that you look into books on composition, white balance, color and other photographic techniques in addition though to master the camera.
This camera was just average. Zoom was okay, color, size, etc. Nothing to great about it. Perfect for beginners, but not if you want something really nice.
I own a canon camera and it is the best camera I have ever owned and it is real easy to use.Canon is also a very reputable company I once had to deal with them to have my camera fixed it was a few days out of warranty and they still honored the warrannty fixed my problem which was my fault and they send it back in a timely manner and also followed up to make sure everything was working .
This is a nice camera, very professional, easy to use. Buy an extra battery pack keep it charged for emergency shots. The zoom will take a clear picture from the other end of a football field. Excellent.
This canon digital camera is a great camera for travelling and the pictures are good quality and very nice handy.
The pictures are easily portable from the camera to teh laptops or any digital media and zoom facility is of great use. Totally it was a worth product for the cost.!!!
