“Canon digital camera provided great graduation pics and video.”

review of manual before use recommended.  Zoom and clarity make great photos.  Easy to download photos to computer to view.  AA batteries a good feature.  Video clip feature :-)

“Canon SX100 Beginner and Beyond”

Used a Kodak 5 megapixel for 5 years until it died.  Replaced it with the Canon SX100 after weeks of research.  It is easy to use though I have yet to try all it's features.  So easy to use that my 4 year old grandson can take really great photos. 

The stabilization has reduced having blurry pictures. The 10x zoom is fantastic letting me take pictures of objects from my deck down to my back fence or take a picture of a butterfly up close. Another feature is being able to take one picture after another, until your memory card is full, when placed on multiple shots.
