I wanted a smaller camera and saw this one and bought it. I got it home, tried it out and absolutely love it! You can carry this in your pocket or anywhere! A perfect camera for someone just starting out or wanting something small!
I went to a sears store before Christmas to buy 2 digital cameras for my girls 20 and 16 years old. I wanted good cameras that will last, has quite alot of features, easy to use and not too expensive. The young man told me that this camera is very good compare to the rest. The storage has more on the camera it self. The picture turns in the lens when you turn the camera. My girls love their camera and take it everywhere.
What a great little camera. Take it anywhere, very easy and fast operation. Less than a second from turning it on to taking pictures. Outstanding battery life with it's recharable battery. Picture quality is good for this type of camera. Low light situations need to be close though. Flash power isn't great, but that is the norm for cameras of this size. Great value. Lots of features. Packs quite a punch for it's size!
Although this camera is very good for the beginner and expert alike, its "Best Shot" feature makes it great for both. It will wow socks off when you see the video it takes. I am not talking about 3 minutes videos. I am talking a full 1 hour of great quality AVI on a 2GB SD.
The only really downside to this camera is its limited zoom and what ever you do, do not and I repeat do not take this camera from a air conditioned place into a humid place.
I bought this camera after Chtistmas last year and I love it. It has so many great qualities I espically love the video that it takes. I would recommende this camera to anyone.
