“Now we're talking turkey -- FRIED turkey!”

“poor quality”

Good idea and makes great turkeys when it works. I bought this a few months ago, used it 3 times before the bottom fell out of the stainless steel container (that you insert into the fire chamber)and this caused a small grease fire in the unit.  Upon closer inspection the container is cheaply tack welded...

“Almost Perfect”

The Big Easy is just that - adequate size for a family, light, easy to transport, and the infrared cooking method is far superior to oil based frying...and cleanup is a snap. I have had one problem though - I've found it very difficult to get accurate temperature readings using either a remote sensing unit - or the typical plunge in type meat thermometers. This has resulted in two out of three meals (chickens all) to be undercooked. Once I either find a way to get accurate temps or figure out a timetable for various meats/poultry - it will be absolutely fantastic.

“great alternative to greasy fried turkey”

I love this, it is a much more healthier choice, and it really does taste like it is deep fried, i really like that you don't have to baby sit it , just set a timer for about 10 minutes a pound and enjoy

“Big Easy is just that”

The Big easy is just that, easy to cook with and even easier to clean up after. We've already cooked two turkeys and a pork roast in the past three weeks since I purchased the cooker. I even have friends that are getting their own because they don't want to wait for me to invite them over to enjoy the wonderful juicy meat the Big easy cooks up

“great healthier option for great food”

This is a fantastic char-broiler, It's so easy clean up big enough for my family and I feel better eating from it. It's not greasy and i enjoy using it.

LIKED IT SO MUCH THAT WE BOUGHT ANOTHER ONE AND WITH THE ACCESS IT IS GREAT YOU CAN COOK A MEAL IN ONE UNIT BUT WITH TWO WE ALSO ADD THE DUTCH OVEN WITH A PEACH COBBLER AND THE KIDS LOVE IT WHEN WE ARE DONE SNOWMOBILING TO COME BACK TO A HOT MEAL AND THE COBBLER!!! THE OTHER NICE THING IS NO MORE OIL TO DEAL WITH AND THEY WORK AMAZING !!!!!! FOR THE PRICE AT SEARS IT'S A NO BRAINER BY TWO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
