We bought these pans recently and they are wonderful....however, we lost the lid somehow and we can not find a replacement. Which is very sad! Awesome pans though!
My mother bought this set for me TEN YEARS AGO and they are still like new. I am buying a new set for me and giving the others to my daughter. For value and performance, no one can beat this set.
We got the starter set for Christmas last year and absolutely love it. Iy practically cleans itself. The only thing we'd want to make this set better is a 12" fry pan. The 10 and 14" are absolutely beautiful, bu the need for another fry pan between the 2 sizes would be an absolute plus. I've been cooking for 30 years plus and this is the closest cookware o perfect, I can imagine.
I bought the set on Monday Jan 7, 2007 because my wife suggested that they outlast non-stick. I used them for the first time and I was amazed. Grilled Salmon filet with no oil and it came out perfect. I am now a true believer, promised my wife we will add a new piece when occasion araises. It has put back the JOY into cooking and excitement into trying new receipes. Healthy cooking here we come....
I was amazed at the quality of this cookware. I researched online before purchasing, and after many previous disappointing cookware sets, I am truly pleased with this set.
I was first surprised when I looked at these pans, that they could be non-stick due to the ridges (waves) in the pans. But they are the most amazing durable non-stick pans I've ever owned.
Cooks so very well and evenly. And I found out the hard way they are truely NON-STICK. Someone left the stove on overnight and what was in the pan was totally burned. I thought the pan would be a lost. But everything came out with just a little bit of rinsing with water and sponge in less then a minute. (NO SCRUBING for HOURS). I love these pans and telling everyone I know to get a set.
