I have only had this about two weeks, and have not fully "tested" to see if it really works well. But the few times it did alert me to Police in the area I was thankful. I am not advocating exeeding the speed limit by any means, but does keep me in check so I can be aware of my surroundings and speed....

Still dry safe and appropriate speeds, but it does warn me well in advance before I see the cops. It does not pick them all up, but does for 90%+. It is quite inexpensive. I have used it for a year (and longer with a previous model/version) and have not gotten a ticket so far. cross my fingers.
bought for traveling and it works great on the freeway
