I recently purchased a Craftsman 20 gallon vertical air compressor. Upon my first-time use I noticed that after the tank is filled to 150psi and the regulator is set to about 100psi the regulator leaks. The only way I can get it to quit leaking is to turn up the pressure to the maximum or equivalent to tank pressure. Does anyone know if this is normal operation or did I get a lemon?

Oh!

Check the compressor's quick-connect female coupler.

Sometimes they stick open, fresh out of the box.

Just a gentle push inward should fix her right up...
