Incredibly effective by purpose and cost. Very Comfortable and easy to use. Cold pack is a convenient and handy feature, especially since it is getting warmer outside, and working outside is the reason many may use this item. “awkward”

I was happy to receive this as a gift, but soon found it wasn't as effective as I had hoped. The pre-molded form prevents it from resting naturally on the shoulders.
