Kenmore Elite 36" Updraft Range Hood with 3-Setting Halogen Lighting 5512
We've owned this hood for two years, and just ordered a replacement control panel because the plastic covering for the control buttons has already worn through. I don't find this acceptable. It's not like we run a restaurant here.
In addition, I've had to tear the hood apart to change light bulbs, as normal cooking moisture seems to corrode the bases making changing the bulbs a major operation.
Simply put-GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!
Kenmore 30 in. Gas Self Clean Slide-In Range with Convection Cooking
KMart started carrying Sears appliances after our Sears store closed, and the store has a knowledgeable, dependable staff. Before purchasing this range, I had a Jenn-Aire dual-fuel sllide in range. Due to several breakdowns of the control/circuit panel, that range was the worst I ever owned. I rarely knew if the oven would bake continuously, and as an avid baker, it was a huge disappointment. I always had a gas range prior to the dual fuel range, and I still prefer a gas range since the Jenn-Aire.
The Kenmore range I now have has an a oven that bakes in the time allotted in a recipe, a quick warmup...
