purchased a 98022 kenmore elite double oven tonight and when I got it home and unpacked it, there were no racks for the upper oven, isn't something missing here?

You should have a total of 4 racks: 3 for the main oven and 1 for the upper oven. How many racks do you have in total? Are both oven cavities completely cleared out except for racks? Has all packing material been inspected for the racks? I know these may sound redundant, but often these things get misplaced during unpacking.

Have you checked the oven bottom drawer?

I recieved a Kenmore toaster model #100.81004 and the two crumb trays to insert into the back/.bottom are missing.  Do I need to return the intire toaster?
