I live in a rented NY apartment. My in-laws just moved to a new apartment. They remodeled their kitchen and changed the cooktops they had for a more professional one, they gave me their cooktop that fix perfectly on my kitchen. Now Today I have a stand alone Range. I am wondering if there is a way to install a cooktop with a stand alone oven on top of each other. The cooktop that I got is around $1500, whch is a big improvement form the actual range I got with the rental apartment. What do you think I could do as i cannot remodel the kitchen just utilize the space I have for the existing range
