Lockeddo you think aluminum nonstick cookware is a good product?

i alaways heard that aluminum is harmful to our health.but i really don't konw if aluminum nonstick cookware is harmful to us.who can tell me ?

Aluminum cookware is fine. However, it's usually not as durable as stainless steel. For optimal performance, look for clad cookware, with stainless inside and out, with aluminum sandwiched in the middle. These offer the best durability and cooking performance. Yes, they cost more up front, but you'll likely never have to replace them for as long as you live.
