My two shirt/tie packages were gifts, so there was no receipt with them. They came out of the dryer terribly wrinkled. Not at all like the rest of my permanent-press shirts. There was nothing we could do to get them to come out of the dryer without wrinkles. DON'T BUY THESE SHIRTS UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED TO IRON THEM! These must be made by the same people that made the other Covington shirts that I got as a gift, that also wrinkled terribly. See my review there if you want more info.</p>... I had to pick up a shirt for work for our company's 100th anniversary party. The company reimbursed me up to $30 for a shirt and after trying several different places, I finally found a white shirt in my size at sears for just $23 with tax! I should have known better and gone to Sears first, but I HATE the mall. The size was great and they even let me try it on despite that it was wrapped up in the box with 10,000 pins, clips, etc. The cashier even unwrapped and un-pinned it for me. There was a slight deformation of the tie due to the clip they use to hold it all together. I just hit it with the travel steamer and POW!, good as new. I shopped around and couldn't even find a white shirt for under $30 in my size elsewhere and at Sears, I got a tie to boot!
