I purchased this 1/2 inch impact on a Saturday, on my way to the race track. (We needed an impact wrench NOW!) Bought this impact wrench while working at a Toyota/Scion Car Dealership as a Service Tech thinkin "Hey its Craftsman, must be good, and 350 Ft.Lbs. has to be enough." IT WAS NOT. Especially since a tire rotate was an "every car" thing and this impact wrech would take 10 seconds on average to loosen and remove a lug-nut, bolt or nut. Unless it happened to be a lug-nut that someone put on at their home with hand tools where they didnt adequately tighten it. Needless to say I was wasting valuablle time. And any top make car dealership mechanic will tell you that speed along with quality is necessary.... review »
